My journey began with a simple, heartfelt question: how can I give my children a future filled with health, joy, and possibility? What started as a personal search for answers became a mission to share the knowledge, hope, and tools that transformed my life and empowers others.
Through years of study, growth, and lived experience, I discovered that while our genes set the stage, it is our choices, the love we surround ourselves with, and the care we give our bodies and minds that truly shape our story.
Inspired by the challenges I have walked through, from navigating my child’s rare immune disorder to supporting my beloved mom through cancer, Inheritance of Health was born as a trusted space for guidance and support. As Inheritance of Health continues to grow, that growth inspires the expansion of our circle, welcoming aligned health advocates who bring their unique gifts, skills, and perspectives. Together, we deepen our knowledge and expand our reach to serve more families with compassion and purpose. Rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from nurturing the whole person, body, mind, and emotions, we integrate brain health, bioenergetics, and holistic practices to support lasting transformation at a foundational level.
